The ownership ratios in EVN AG are as follows:
On the basis of the constitutional provisions, the province of Lower Austria, which holds its shares via NÖ Landes-Beteiligungsholding GmbH, St. Pölten, is the majority owner of EVN AG with 51%. 32.5% of the shares are held by the German company EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. The remaining shares are in free float. 
The ownership ratios in Wiener Stadtwerke Holding AG are as follows:
Wiener Stadtwerke Holding AG is 100% owned by the City of Vienna.

(C) TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG (> 5.0%):
TIWAG-Tiroler Wasserkraft AG is 100% owned by the province of Tyrol.

(D) Free float (< 20.0%):
We have no detailed information about the ownership of the shares in the free float.
